Anything for you my love :)

Sounds so romantic…WOW!!! It isn’t though 🙂

Shuffling through the TOI, I came across this campaign ad- Quit India, Movement for a tobacco-free India. People trying to quit smoking for their loved ones. Does it work? I have my reservations and apprehensions about it.

Maybe it does. the report says many did quit smoking as a valentine day gift to their spouse. Good for them. Even the Government of India should have tried evoking the emotions rather than printing horrific pictures of cancer patients on the cigarette packs airing ads on the same lines. Throwing away the pack and changing the channel does the trick then 😛

We all suffer from short term memory loss when it comes to retaining the good fundas of life.

channel change kar dene se andar ka kachra saaf nahi hota…

Hard to make some people understand. That’s why I have some hope with this campaign- hammer where it is softest and weakest- a daughter, a wife, a sister or a friend… We play with emotions never for a good intention. I hope, this one game for the greater good succeeds. If you want to stop smoking;STOP. No ifs, ands or butts.

fir dil do zindagi ko…. smoking GO! GO! GO!
