About Me

Hi Readers 🙂

My biggest achievement and blessing in life is that I learned to meditate. It’s the ultimate science that can open so many more dimensions if you are disciplined about it (I am still getting there). If you haven’t yet tried meditating, you should really give it a thought. It will change your life forever.

A lot has changed since this page got updated last. I have blogged less, my bad. But I have written more, much more. Maybe I will share all those those some day. For now, back to navigating the tough PhD waters in the tougher IIM L (we lovingly call it hell).

UPDATE – PhD is over. Have migrated to the other side of the room and become a professor now. And yes, unless I dress right, no one believes I scold, scare, teach, and occasionally inspire MBA students for a living 🙂

So, I am a wannabe writer. When I am not writing papers (which I am mostly not), and not checking exam copies (I do those very very reluctantly) I scribble together words that end up making little sense. Most of those are private. I love reading and my favorite genres are spiritual literature, autobiographies, biographies and memoirs, management literature, fantasy fiction, and sometimes Indian mythology fiction too. I used to be a “potterhead” who believed she would never outgrow it. Relax, I still am 🙂

An amateur photographer and violinist (I blame Benedict Cumberbatch with his violin in Sherlock for this), a trained dancer, an ardent lover of flowers, a wannabe writer, a bad painter, an okay teacher, a lifetime learner – how I describe myself.

I started this blog when I was 18. When I didn’t think – I just felt things, like all 18 yr olds do. So this place is for those thoughts that manage to come out of mental diary.

I have constantly failed at my attempts to blog more for my own blog – but I have not given up. Though, I have written occasionally for Motivational Speaker Akash Gautam and absolutely thoroughly loved it!

Hope you find sense in those rants, for I don’t. 🙂

Love,
Arunima
